| Director of Maitland Energy Consulting Ltd, which does hire, or has hired, me out for consultancy and directorial work to the following companies:
- Part-time (non-executive) Director of Computamatrix Ltd, trading as Matrica, where this NED contract is on a rolling 1-month basis, meaning it can be terminated by either party by giving one calendar month’s notice;
- Part-time consultancy work for Tradelogic Ltd, where this contract will start in July 2023 and will last for 1 year, and consist of 4 (four) days or 32 (thirty-two) hours per calendar month.
- Vaikoon AG (lapsed) consultancy work on energy trading, risk management, and regulatory compliance under a framework contract, including writing their marketing Blog
- DeltaconX AG (lapsed) software product management work on regulatory compliance software under a framework contract, including writing their marketing Blog
Note that all professional income I receive is channelled via Maitland Energy Consulting Ltd, and I pay tax through PAYE. Dividend income (when paid) is declared on my Tax Return. My company and personal tax affairs are managed by PHH Accountancy, a Worthing-based company
