21/03/2019 - Customer Experience Strategy 2019
RESOLVED: That the Committee -
(i) Approved the Customer Experience Strategy as set out in
Appendix 1 for the purposes of further engagement with customers and staff.
(ii) Noted that the developed Customer Experience Strategy would
be brought back to the Committee for final approval following the engagement with customers and staff after the elections in 2019/20.
